Whilst most people are donning red and white Santa hats, Emma Forbes dusted off her cowboy hat for her annual Christmas getaway with her family.
And the TV presenter looked like she hadn't been a victim of festive overindulgence as she hit the Barbadian beach in a black swimsuit.
With a sleek black sarong around her hips, Emma splashed around in the glistening waves.
Emma, her banker husband Graham Clempson and their two children, Lily, 16, and Sam, 13, have spent the Christmas and New Year period at the exclusive Sandy Lane Hotel for the past five years.
But that hasn't stopped Emma tweeting her Christmas fashion and lifestyle tips to her 37,467 followers whilst away.
The former Live and Kicking presenter has become somewhat of a lifestyle expert, expounding her knowledge through her personal website.
Although her outfits over the last few days are designed for the beach, Emma has been telling people to wrap up in the latest winter fashions.

And according to the mother of two, animal comfort is the stylish way to beat the chill: 'The winter must have a #FauxFur belted gilet from @Mango #SalutingStyle'
But her tips weren't limited to getting a wonderful winter wardrobe.
A keen baker, Emma tweeted a picture of some holiday cookies, saying '#CookieCreations do these Christmas tree iced cookies in a jar! A great gift that lasted about 5 minutes…'
But it wasn't all tweeting and no play for the 48-year old, as she soon threw on a leopard print kaftan and walked the sandy shores with her son Sam in tow.
The 13-year old had clearly grown since their last vacation with the young lad towering over his mum, but the slanted shoreline may have given him the upper hand.
Unlike most teenage boys, the motherly affection wasn't lost, as he held his mum's hand as they tread the shoreline.
Graham and Lily couldn't be seen but they were probably enjoying the quality time together as father and daughter, just like mother and son.
